Construction Noise
Development activity and operation of heavy equipment cannot occur before 7:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or before 9:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. Saturday. No development activity or use of heavy equipment may occur on Sundays or on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Noise Regulations- i.e. leaf blowers, power washing, mowing
Public Disturbance- i.e. unreasonably interferes with the peace, comfort and repose of owners or possessors of real property, such as sounds from musical instruments, audio sound systems, band sessions or social gatherings.
